Pokemon speed quiz
Six questions.Three seconds each.
No pausing, no Googling, no second guesses. Most people miss at least one. The rest of them find out fast whether they actually know Pokemon or just grew up near it.
Think you know Pokemon?
Six random questions from a verified bank, three seconds apiece. The questions rotate every run, so a perfect score once means nothing. Do it twice.
Pick your difficulty
Every episode is one mode, start to finish. Nobody is good at all four.
Kanto Mode
The original 151. Types, evolutions, Pokedex numbers and the stuff you swear you remember correctly.
Expert Mode
Base stats, hidden abilities, move pools and the details that separate a fan from a competitor.
Card Mode
Sets, print runs, rarity symbols and what your childhood binder is actually worth today.
Johto Mode
Gen 2 and beyond. Baby forms, new evolutions and the region that broke everyone's type chart.
The latest quiz
New episode every day. Comment your score, the best answers pick the next episode.
Questions about the questions
How does the quiz work?
Six questions per run, three seconds each. Pick an answer before the bar empties or it counts as a miss. The web quiz pulls six at random from a bank of verified questions, so every run is a different set.
Are the answers actually right?
Yes, and that matters to us. Every question is checked against PokeAPI, the open Pokemon database, before it ships. If you ever spot a genuine error, say so in the comments and it gets fixed.
Why does it feel harder than other Pokemon quizzes?
Three seconds. Most quizzes give you time to think your way to the answer. This one only rewards what you already know.
How often do new episodes come out?
Daily on YouTube Shorts. Each episode runs about a minute and covers one mode.
Can I suggest a question or a Pokemon?
Please do. The pinned comment on every episode asks what to build the next quiz around, and the best suggestions get used.
Are you affiliated with Nintendo or The Pokemon Company?
No. Only Trainers Know is an independent fan-made trivia channel. We use no game art, no screenshots and no game audio, only publicly known facts, our own words and our own design.
How did you do?
Only trainers know.
If you got all six, the comments are waiting for proof. If you did not, nobody has to find out.
